Dr. Huy Nguyen was born in Vietnam and raised in British Columbia, Canada. He Graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States. During his graduate studies, Dr. Nguyen was lucky enough to participate in the Sports Medicine program where he worked with athletes on the weekends.
Dr. Nguyen incorporates an evidence-based model of care to decrease a patient’s level of discomfort. There are multiple stages in an individual’s recovery and Dr. Nguyen focuses on these specific stages to decrease pain and minimize further injury. This may be achieved by utilizing chiropractic adjustments (High-Velocity-Low-Amplitude, Mobilization, Activator), myofascial release technique, laser therapy, orthotics, braces, and patient-centered rehabilitation and exercise programs.
Dr. Nguyen will be happy to see you at SpineWorks Chiropractic and Massage.
