Emily Brunner
Emily graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in April 2016, and became an RMT to make a difference in Health care. Her hobbies include Fitness, Search & Rescue, Hiking, and Camping.
Emily is diverse in her treatment options, depending on the situation. Some of the many things Emily works in are Sports Maintenance & Rehab Massage, Deep Tissue, Treatment after Motor Vehicle Accidents, Prenatal Massage, Tendonitis relief, and much more. She is eager to help bring awareness to how important health and fitness is, and loves meeting new people.
Amanda Merrison
A graduate from West Coast College of Massage Therapy, Amanda may be short in stature but not in personality. She has a tendency to use deep tissue massage in her treatments and likes to incorporate newly acquired techniques such as IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation) into her treatments.
When she’s not at work you can find her at her local CrossFit gym throwing around weights and hanging out with her training friends.
Shakira Putra
Shakira graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2015. She has seen the benefit of massage therapy first hand growing up as an athlete and how it greatly affects rehab and prevention of injury.
Her background in biology and desire for wanting to help people has led Shakira to a career in that field. Her practice is diverse treating a variety of conditions ranging from, but not limited to, MVA injuries, sports injuries and daily stress and tension. She is passionate in helping patients reach their health care goals and achieve overall well-being. On days off she can be found hiking the local mountains and exploring Beautiful BC.
Sach Ahir
Sach graduated with honours from the Registered Massage Therapy program at CDI College in June of 2019 and has been practicing since October of 2019. Sach is also working in the healthcare field as a Medical Radiography and Computed Tomography Technologist since 2012. He also used to be a Personal Trainer and continues to enjoy working out. Sach’s passion for anatomy and physical activity drew him into the Massage Therapy Program. He loves getting to the root of the problem, not only treating symptoms but also educating patients to further improve their health and reach their goals. He works with various conditions using these techniques: Sports Massage, Trigger point Release, Swedish Massage, fascial and myofascial release, joint mobilizations to increase your range of motion and decrease chronic pain, muscle-energy Technique, PNF stretching, and strengthening work. He is also trained and certified in using Graston technique, a form of Instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation. His main goal is to bring individuals back to optimal health. In his spare time, he loves to travel, hike, snowboard, and rock climb. Something for every season. So health is really important to him.
