PJ Dulay
PJ completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology concentrating in active health and rehabilitation in 2012 from Simon Fraser University. He is a member of BCAK (BC Association of Kinesiologists) and has been practicing as a kinesiologist for 9 years. PJ has worked with the OR1 program, post motor vehicle accident clients and long-term disability clients. PJ enjoys using a functional approach when prescribing exercises and develops an individualized program specific for each of his clients. He utilizes pain education, stretching, kinetic link strengthening exercises, and trigger point release strategies to achieve his client’s goals. Due to PJ’s comprehensive sports background, he is experienced in prescribing sport-specific training to different athletes. In his spare time, PJ enjoys going to the gym, playing sports, watching Liverpool FC and traveling.
Kris Kular
Kris was born in Surrey, BC. Growing up, Kris was fascinated with health sciences and sports. She grew up playing sports which drives her passion for exercise therapy. Kris completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology Degree with a specialization in Exercise Science from the University of the Fraser Valley. She is a practicing member of the BC Association of Kinesiologists.
Kris is excited to be a member of the SpineWorks team. She is a huge believer of evidence based approach in patient care. Kris enjoys using a functional approach when developing an exercise program for her patients. As a Kinesiologist, Kris is able to conduct a postural assessment and then design an exercise rehab program to educate her patients on how to effectively use proper muscles and body mechanics to prevent any further injuries.
Outside of the clinic, you can find Kris working out at the gym, playing soccer with her co-ed team and spending time outdoors with her family.
